Celebration III Is Gonna Rock!

If you're going to be attending Celebration III this April, I'll have a few limited exclsuive freebies I'll be handing out to friends of R2D2Central.com as shown above. There will be a 3x3 patch, 1" button and a custom VIP badge! I'll be working several shifts in the Official Pix booth all weekend, booth #1030. So stop by and say hello!

Over the four day period here are a few R2-D2 related things you simply must attend or visit!

  • R2 Builders Group
    These guys ROCK! Here you will be able to see custom built droids built by fans and some of them are better than the real deal! You can check out their droid displays & demonstrations in rooms 201-204. They'll also be holding the DroidYard 500 championship finals in exhibit hall C on Sunday, April 24!

  • Kenny Baker
    Kenny Baker will be signing autographs in exhibit hall A all weekend. If you've never met the man behind the droid, this is a MUST! Officialpix.com has all the details on the autograph program, including prices, and sneak peeks of what photos will be available!

  • Don Bies
    Don Bies, the Droid Unit Supervisor for Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, will be sharing insight into his role in making Episode III Revenge of the Sith, as well as answering questions from the audience. There is no confirmed location, date or time yet but be sure to grab a program schedule at the show!
